Melissa Pelletier is the Education Research Editor for MDR, with a background in educational journalism, content development, and editing. She holds an MA in Educational Communication and Technology from NYU, where she learned best practices for how to evaluate, design, and utilize tools for learning. She helps with the development and publishing of MDR’s quarterly research reports, and edits marketing assets, articles, and posts for MDR’s School of Thought. Prior to MDR, she wrote the Educational Technology column for Education World, and served technical and editorial roles at Cambridge University Press and Nova Science Publishers. She enjoys words for both work and play, as she writes satire and humor stories in her free time, when she isn’t wrangling her daughter, son, or Beagle (or husband).
